The Federal Bureaus of Investigation must be under tremendous pressure to conduct a thorough investigation of Dr. Blasey Ford's allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, as well as the additional allegations of Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick against the judge.
Watching the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings on Thursday, September 27th, many viewers wished they might have been able to ask the judge or Ms. Blasey Ford a question or two. Many others wished that the Senate Committee had called additional witnesses such as Mark Judge, Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick and others who might possibly have been able to shed some additional light and insights regarding the actions and character of the judge that relate to an earlier part of his life and might possibly still relate to him today.
Because Senator Jeff Flake has now asked for an FBI review, and because President Trump subsequently ordered such a review, as a United States citizen, I hope the FBI investigation is honest and thorough. To that end, I would like to propose possible questions for the FBI to ask the key witnesses, and I invite other citizens to add their questions at the end of this blog.
So, IF I worked for the FBI (and I don't -- I'm a Chicago Public School teacher) I would ask:
Judge Kavanaugh, Doctor Blasey Ford, Mark Judge and Julie Swetnick: In the calendar year 1982, approximately how many gatherings did you attend where high school students were drinking alcohol? (1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, more than 50)
Judge Kavanaugh: During the calendar year 1982, do you recall any high school acquaintances whose homes or domiciles regularly (more than 5 times ) hosted gatherings which you attended where alcohol was consumed by high school students? If so, can you recall any of the names of those acquaintances?
